We have perfected our knowledge of proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the Polish courts for three generations. We also act before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and European Patent Office (EPO). In our work, we put strong emphasis on sound technical knowledge and our education in engineering. We offer help at any time of a patent’s life, from drafting to litigation.
We sometimes deal with patent enforcement and invalidation actions, and this induces us to provide services of the highest quality, also during drafting and prosecution of patent application. In the view of changes in IP law we constantly learn and gain new qualification.
We take care to be well-versed not only in the procedural nuances of the industrial property law, but also in how entrepreneurs can use the industrial property and how it can be translated into their profit. As a result, we can understand the needs of our clients and advise them well. We focus our competence and qualification on patents but, we do not send away people who seek our assistance with utility models or even trademarks and designs. We are number one office in Poland for registration of integrated circuit topography in 2018.
We specialize in areas related to an electrical current flow and electromagnetism, such as telecommunications, computer science, electronics, electrical engineering, and optics. We are highly qualified in CII or so called “software patents”. We also have extensive experience with inventions in the field of mechanics.
