Katarzyna Walczyk-Matuszyk

Graduated from the Top 500 Innovators Programme – a 9-week course at Stanford University. She is leading the largest Polish non-governmental organization – a think-tank bringing together scientists as well as experts in knowledge transfer and innovation. The Association promotes effective collaboration between business and science.

Professionally, for 10 years she has been working at the National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the European Union (KPK PB EU); currently as a Deputy Director. At the National Contact Point she is involved with areas including but not limited to innovation, collaboration between business and science, management of international research and innovation projects as well as international relations. She specializes in the management of international research an innovation projects financed through the funds of the Framework Programmes, Structural and Norwegian Funds. She is a consultant for enterprises and institutions in the field of effective international networking.

She loves travelling as well as exploring new cultures and cuisines.
